These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Dashfrugal. [DASHFRUGAL] (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.dashfrugal.com including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy document at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

Our service

Dashfrugal is a cloud based digital adoption platform for product-driven companies to perform customer onboarding, in-app training and support which will increase the software adoption and retention rate. Dashfrugal is a web only based application.

Registration
  1. All registration process will take place through our website www.dashfrugal.com only
  2. You must be a human with 16+ years of age, accounts created by automated programs like bots are not allowed
  3. During account registration process you must provide a valid email address along with few other information required by Dashfrugal during your registration process. Post registration we will send a verification email which contains link to confirm your email, to continue accessing the account you must confirm the signup
  4. This account is generally created for a business or an individual to manage their customer onboarding through the website
  5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account including the password, we will not access or share this password without your consent. Dashfrugal will not be liable for any loss or damage to the account due to failure to comply the account security
  6. You are not permitted to use Dashfrugal website/admin account for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
Account & admins

The Admin(s) of an Account are, severally and jointly, deemed as the authorised representatives of the Customer, and any decision or action made by any Admin, is deemed as a decision or action of Customer. An Admin may assign or add other members of the Account as Admins, which possess important privileges and controls over the use of the Service and the Account, including, without limitation: (i) control your (and other Users) use of the Account; (ii) purchase, upgrade or downgrade the Service; (ii) create, monitor or modify Users’ actions and permissions; (iii) manage the access to, control, remove, share posts or otherwise change, all or part of the Customer Data (as defined below); and (iv) integrate or disable integration with Third Party Services.

What we do with the information we gather

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To facilitate the access to and use of the Website, and to manage the operational and administrative aspects of the Website. To personalise your experience ( Your information help us to better respond to your individual needs ). To improve our website ( We continually strive to improve our website offering based on the information and feedback we receive from you ) To improve customer service( your information help us to more effectively respond to your customer service request and support needs ) If you provided your contact details or submitted an inquiry, we may use your personal information to contact you, either directly or through others on our behalf, including by marketing and promotional e-mail messages. To process transactions , your information whether private or public, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer. To develop and improve our products and services as a whole, and to improve and enhance the services and content offered on the Website.

Payment and refund

Dashfrugal is a public beta stage, at this moment we are not collecting any subscription fee from our customers( subscribers) for any services which are included on our package for the next 60 days that is, from 15/06/2020 to 14/08/2020. Subscribers can use the product completely free during this period, post this period we will update our pricing strategy that will be informed to customers through the website and direct emails. Customers who want to continue using the product post this period need to pay the subscription fees according to the plan they are opting for. Detailed information related to pricing will be updated on the pricing page post the beta period.

Cancellation

You are completely responsible for cancelling your account. Normally Dashfrugal’s trial version lasts for 21 days, to do the account cancellation you need to send an email to support@dashfrugal.com with “Cancel “Company name” account in subject line. Your account will get cancelled within 24 hours post receiving your email. Any cancelation of account will results deactivation and data loss and this information cannot be recovered

Termination

Dashfrugal reserve the whole right to cancel any premium account that do not have any activity for ninety(90) days and account without payment in sixty(60) days. Any termination of your Account will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account

Your content and onboarding flow

We Dashfrugal do not claim any intellectual property claim on the content which is created by you in your account which is created for onboarding flow. We do not share any such information with any third party which is related to your onboarding steps, in-app training documents, product tutorials including any videos images
